Kate Scully

Managing Director

Kate has over twenty years’ experience in growing and developing businesses across UK and Ireland. She has worked within several different markets, most recently as the Managing Director of Scotland’s Largest Children’s Services Provider, which helping to source homes for vulnerable young people. After a stint in consultancy, she saw an opportunity to create a Legal Services Company that helped people resolve unfair consumer contract disputes. Out of work, she is family orientated and her main focus is her two young children.

Stephanie Connor


Stephanie is the Head of Legal at Fullbrook Associates. She has experience in many aspects of law with particular knowledge in the fields of Civil Litigation, Reparation and Contract Law.  Stephanie has provided regular court advocacy throughout Scotland and is a Director of the Citizens Advice Bureau.  She is also a Committee Member of the Scottish Young Lawyers Association.  Stephanie is a strong supporter of the Law Society’s Access to Justice initiative, campaigning to improve justice for all, regardless of social background or wealth.


Jill Shearer

Document Production & Correspondence Coordinator

Jill has a three year background in legal services as a document production specialist before joining Fullbrook Associates as our Document Production & Correspondence Coordinator. She specialises in audio transcription and works behind the scenes with the team to produce our paperwork for clients. Jill is also a recent graduate, obtaining a merit in her MSc Psychology course after also having achieved a First Class Honours BSc in Psychology 2016. Jill also volunteers with the 1st Stirlingshire Cub Pack and Scout Troop and has a passion for animal welfare.

Samantha Knowles


Sam has over 30 years of frontline customer service experience, working within the insurance claims and intermediary sector. Sam is a qualified paralegal and has a degree in Business Management. She has also achieved certification in Reiki and Spiritual healing and is currently working to attain accreditation as a mindfulness practitioner.

Simon Duncan

Claims Manager

Simon has high-level experience in pursuing claims having spent over 20 years working in the legal and claims sectors. Out of the office he likes to spend time with his family and is a keen golfer.

Liam Edmond

Customer Services

Liam is a highly experienced customer care representative and prides himself on delivering a high level of service to his clients. Before joining Fullbrook Associates, Liam worked with a leading pension provider's customer care department. He passionate about rugby, both as a spectator and player, and is a keen hiker.

Ronan Fallens

Customer Services

Ronan has an extensive customer care background, with experience in regulated financial services working for Scotland's leading life assurance companies. He takes great pride in helping those in the greatest need of assistance. In his free time, Ronan is an accomplished athlete and has played football at club level.
